MY THERAPEUTIC STYLE

Interpersonal, Multicultural, and Integrative

I have been trained in many styles of therapy including interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, family systems, multicultural,  feminist, and humanistic.  I am a generalist, which means I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating issues, trauma, identity issues (including LGBTQ, race, religion, gender, class), grief and interpersonal issues.  When I meet with my clients, we assess what their goals are for therapy together and then begin either individual, couples or group therapy.  My focus is also strengths based that includes positive psychology practices and mindfulness.  Contact me if you feel we are a good match to meet your goals.
